Launching A New Product

I had the privilege of helping launch a new product for a leading gun manufacturer. While Iā€™m not really into guns, it was an opportunity to stretch my ability to create impactful work for a variety of brands and targets. I led the project by planning and directing a 7-day video and photoshoot, creating graphics for a trade show, crafting a brand guide and creating several videos to spread the word about the new product. The launch was a huge success driving hundreds of thousands of site visits within the first two months as well as helping sell out the first run of the new product. It was a unique chance to craft a brand from scratch and launch a successful product.

Planning and executing the video and photo shoot was both exciting and challenging. In total, I had about three weeks to plan, produce and then direct and execute the production in Dallas. One of my favorite parts of the shoot was using a BOLT camera system to show off the guns and the different colors. I helped plan the moves and then fine tuned them to create some really engaging product videos. Ultimately the content came together well across all the needs for the website, brand guide, videos, advertising trade show and more.
